Prompt & Photo Challenge: Day 26

"The best gift you’ve ever received" is the topic of the day and one I really had to think about. It's so easy to choose material things, things your loved ones have given you. Of course it's easy to chose our children, what greater gift could there be. Then there are the intangibles...the gift of love and life.

So what to chose? I would chose the gift of trust...trust given by those you love. Trusting you to do what needs to be done in life. Trusting you with their innermost fears. Trusting you to not bruise their fragile souls as they grow. Trusting you to be there when they need you.

And you trusting them in return...what better gift can you give AND receive?
