I have to say that I love the smoothies (well, except the green ones) and I will continue one or two on a regular daily basis. I was never really hungry except a couple of late evenings and I managed with high fiber, low calorie snacks (like air popped popcorn or celery with peanut)
Here are my stats:
Weight: 149# to 146.5#Nothing dramatic but we are only talking two weeks of effort. I broke diet a little from time to time but nothing truly severely off limits. I did add in a small piece or two of dark chocolate on a few days, to get rid of that sweet craving. I never felt deprived and I actually enjoyed this "diet".
Bust: 41" to 40"
Waist: 33" to 32.5"
Hips: 41" to 40.5"
So where to from here? No major changes other than continuing to work on increasing my exercise time and maybe add in a little strength training. I'll report in from time to time and pass along any positive or negative results.
